I’m an aspiring fiction writer. Of course, if you want to write you need to read (and read and read!). I created this blog as a way to share my thoughts on the novels and short stories I’m reading, and to occassionally give some updates on how my writing is going. My short stories have appeared in Hobart, Segue, Crime Factory, Switchback, Prime Number Magazine, Nth Position, the anthlogy D*CKED, and elsewhere. I grew up near Chicago and graduated from the University of Iowa. I currently live in Northern California and work as a marketing writer in Silicon Valley.
